Criteria to apply for a post:
All candidates may apply online through IUB website eportal.iub.edu.pk till 26.03.2021,
You have to submit your online applications before last date, 26.3.2021. Following things are required to apply for a post.
1. Hard copy of signed online application with attested copies (one each) of recent passport size Photograph.
2. CNIC

5. Experience Certificates
6. One Copy of Online Challan
7. (non-refundable) generated by Online Job Portal
8. Fees for different BPS to apply for each post are (BPS-19 & BPS-20 worth Rs. 4000/-, for BPS-18 worth Rs. 3000/-, for BPS-17 worth Rs. 1500/-, for BPS-16 worth Rs. 1000/-, for BPS-05 to BPS-15 Rs. 500/-and for BPS-01 to BPS-04 worth Rs. 200/-)

· One hard copy of the online application form along with all required documents as mentioned above. You have to submit your application before 29/3/2021 after last date of Online Submission of Applications.
· Candidates should fill in online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been given on the Islamia University of Bahawalpur website eportal.iub.edu.pk. For doing any editing work or to make correction of some data is available to applicants before the last date of online application submission. No applications will be accepted other than ONLINE application.
· The experience as part time, honorary / self-employed and voluntary /apprentice / internee will not be considered / counted as relevant experience
· Candidates applying for more than one post / campuses shall submit separate applications, as well as paid separate online processing fee challan.
· IUB employees willing to apply are directed to submit the hard copy of online application form along with all requisite documents as mentioned above.
· Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with online application form by the due date, otherwise their applications shall not be entertained.
· Candidates should clearly mention the name of applied position on the top right corner of envelope.
· Candidates who have already applied for the post(s) tabulated above against previous advertisement(s) are directed to apply afresh.
· By hand / incomplete / without online application / late submission of applications will not be entertained
· Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible
· Age limit (in case of Regular appointment only) shall be 21 to 50 years for BPS-16 & above and 18 to 25 years for BPS-01 to BPS-15. Upper age holders will be allowed to submit application according to set rules and discretion of the Competent Authority.
· The University reserves the rights;
i. Not to fill any vacancy without assigning any reason thereto or to consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post(s) advertised.
ii. To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of funds / budget.
iii. To consider the candidates for posting in any Campus of the University as per the organizational need(s)
